About George Patridge

George is a native of Winnipeg, Manitoba and was educated at the University of Winnipeg and MIT.

Moving here in 1980,he has witnessed the changing face of the Okanagan and remains convinced that we live in Paradise.
He and wife Joni have 3 sons ,a daughter and a puppy named Yogi and constantly act as both ambassador and hotelier to their friends and family from Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Throughout his successful career, George ‘s honest ,straightforward “tell it like it is” approach and “Can Do” attitude has earned him a reputation for getting the job done.

An excellent communicator and strong negotiator, George recognizes that home buying and selling is serious business but his comfortable style will put you at ease as you go through the process.

George has always found time for community service serving as President and/or director of Kelowna Minor Football Association, Original Steering Committee for the Leukemia Research Foundation, Past Director of Vancouver Mainland Football League, and member of Sport Kelowna Fields Advisory Committee.

In his “ spare” time George is an avid Scuba Diver and enjoys skiing , hiking, and fitness.
